Our new 2023 Pinot Blanc starts with aromas of lemon blossom and tropical fruit.  It has lovely crisp entry, with flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, and a round, balanced mouth feel. It was cold fermented in stainless steel and did not go through malolactic fermentation, leaving it with refreshing acidity. Think summer in a glass!
