Our Pinot Blanc starts with aromas of lemon blossom and tropical fruit. It has lovely crisp entry, with flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, and a round, balanced mouth feel. It was cold fermented in a stainless steel tank and did not go through malolactic fermentation, leaving it with refreshing acidity. Think summer in a glass!
Azaya Ranch is our coldest vineyard. It sits on a south facing slope , just around the corner from Marin French Cheese. Wind from the Petaluma Gap causes the grapes to have thicker skin, leading to more color and tannin in the finished wines. 30 Cases Produced
