Our Pinot Blanc in from Schrader Vineyard, which is just south of the town of Ukiah in Mendocino County. Pinot Blanc is a Pinot Noir grape that has lost its color gene. It is usually found in the colder climates of Europe, but is gaining popularity in the new world. It is fermented cold in stainless steel and does not go through malolactic fermentation. 160 Cases Produced
The Petaluma Gap has wonderful dark fruits and color. It has a bouquet of dried cherry, baking spice, and dusty forest floor. On the palate, it has a silky entry and lovely, round mouth feel with flavors of berry compote, blackberry and figs, and dried cherry. It finishes with dried cherry and dried plum.
Our Chardonnay comes from a fog shrouded micro vineyard just 9 miles from the Sonoma Coast, just south of the town of Sebastopol. The Wente clone offers great citrus and floral flavors with a rich mouth and crisp acidity. 140 Cases Produced
